Do you need a VACUUM PORT for a Vacuum Petcock? *A vacuum-operated petcock relies on a vacuum line or hose to supply fuel to the carburetors. This can often be determined if there is a prime position on the petcock, but not always. OEM Honda vacuum petcocks do not, for instance.

FRAME MODIFICATION: Use the pictures and directions below to modify your frame for Murray’s Kawasaki KZ440 Ltd Single Carburetor Kit.

***It is very important that you do not cut into the welds on the frame. Use the picture below for reference.***

If you have to remove the tank bolt tab off of the frame to cut the frame tube here is an example of a new bracket that can be fabricated out of a piece of angle iron, and bolted or welded into place.
