Murray’s Suzuki GS550 Carburetor Kit is a truly bolt-on solution and upgrade to your old stock carburetors.  After a quick 20-30 minute install you’ll be riding away with more horsepower, a lot more torque, and unmatched throttle response. Each carburetor kit goes through rigorous testing during development to ensure we deliver the best carbs on the market. Your carburetor kit will be delivered pre-jetted and synced to your motorcycle’s specifications.

2 Custom Tuned Intake Manifolds
2  Genuine Mikuni Spigot Mounts
2  Pod Filters
1 Throttle Cable
All Installation Hardware as Required
New Fuel Line and Brass “T” Splitter

NGK Iridium spark plugs and a good in-line fuel filter are recommended.

GS550 GENERATION EXPLANATION:

We supply carburetor kits for 3 different variants of the Suzuki GS550.  Please use the pictures below to ensure you pick the apprpriate generation.  If necesary, please measure your bolt hole center to center, and match yours with the corresponding cylinder head below.

GEN1:  58mm Bolt Hole Center to Center Spacing

GEN2:  68 mm Bolt Hole Center to Center Spacing

GEN3:

Below you’ll see the bottom of a set of GS550 Gen 3 intake manifolds.  All generations use O-rings to ensure the intake manifolds seal air-tight.
